WASHINGTON D.C. – Heartland Consulting, a leader in federal government prime contracting, is thrilled to announce its newly awarded contract supporting the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), under the Department of Interior (DOI), with Program Management and Industrial Engineering Consulting Services (PMIECS). This Multiple Award IDIQ with a $95M contract value consists of a broad range of functional duties for program management, management analytics and industrial engineering consulting.

The creation of this specialized program/projection management support contract will provide a proactive and strategic approach to the collection, evaluation and reporting of business operations information and projects based on the mission and strategic goals and objectives.  This will provide DOI bureaus and partner offices (such as IHS) with a strategic vehicle that will ensure effective and efficient project oversight and related services. .  This new capability will create a synergy and cross-collaborative effect among the bureaus and offices and ensure DOI endeavors to implement and deliver support to programs that are relevant, efficient, and effective.
