Heartland Consulting has been awarded a contract by Federal Trade Commission (FTC). FTC is a bipartisan federal agency with a unique dual mission to protect consumers and promote competition. The FTC develops policy and research tools through hearings, workshops, and conferences. They collaborate with law enforcement partners across the country and around the world to advance crucial consumer protection and competition missions. FTC’s principal mission is the promotion of consumer protection and the elimination and prevention of anticompetitive business practices.

Heartland will provide a wide range of support services and subject expertise to assist the agency with strategic planning, annual performance planning and reporting, program evaluation, and implementing applicable provisions of the Government Performance and Results Modernization Act and other relevant guidance. This contract expands on Heartland’s role as a partner with multiple Department-level Federal agencies and offices. It also reiterates Heartland’s capacity to support a wide range of government services across each region of the country.
