McLean, VA – Heartland Consulting is pleased to announce it has won a contract to support the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Office of the Chief Information Office (OCIO), Client Experience Center (CEC). Heartland will provide comprehensive full spectrum auditing and validation support services of the Financial Management Services and Pegasys Financial Services Divisions.
The Client Experience Center is an information technology service provider that uses a shared services model providing information technology requirements in the most efficient and effective manner to reduce costs for government clients. The CEC provides comprehensive information technology, associated operations, security, and technical support services to a client base of more than 45,000 USDA end users located throughout the United States and its outlying territories.
Heartland Consulting will support this task order with the development of project management plans—objectives, scope, risk management, mitigation for government staff and overall successful execution of the audit. Heartland will provide advisory services identifying where cost savings, efficiencies, and remediation should occur.
