Washington D.C. – Heartland Consulting is pleased to announce their contract award to provide technical assistance to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Family Assistance (OFA). Heartland looks forward to working again with HHS and its core mission of enhancing the health and well-being of all Americans. Heartland will assist in conducting business case analysis of America’s Safety Net program within OFA.
