Washington DC- Heartland Consulting is pleased to announce a new contract award with the United States Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) National Agricultural Library (NAL). Heartland will provide NAL with highly skilled search engineers and website developers who are proficient with current Solr Elasticsearch skills. Heartland will assist with the design and implementation of sophisticated data input vehicles, performance improvement and optimization. By completing these tasks, Heartland will greatly assist the NAL’s effort to comply with the White House’s Office of Science and Technology Policy’s memorandum to make federally funded research more accessible to the public.
