WASHINGTON, D.C. – Heartland Consulting announces expansion of their partnership with the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) to include a new contract providing Tribal Management Systems reviews.

Heartland will be supporting the BIA in executing a comprehensive review of the various Tribal Management Systems components as they relate to PL 93-638 contract management and reporting. These components include, but are not limited to, bank account management, property management, finance management, and personnel management. Our team will provide improvements to boost the efficiency of the Tribal Management System and ensure that the agency is modernized to 2023-2024 standards. This contract is in place for the Rocky Mountain Region in accordance with the Indian Affairs (IA) Business Support Services IDIQ.
