Washington D.C.- Heartland Consulting has been awarded a contract to help support continuity of operations for The Department of the Treasury and its Office of Inspector General (OIG). Heartland will provide subject matter expertise and training support to continuity personnel to ensure that mission essential functions are carried out when Treasury’s OIG operations are impacted by an emergency event.

Heartland has worked with continuity of operations (COOP) support in various other agencies and will expertly share its knowledge with Treasury’s OIG office. A strong COOP program is vital to our federal government and the needs of all Americans. Heartland looks forward to providing this much needed support to such a key department.
