Washington, D.C. – Heartland Consulting has been awarded a task order to provide training and logistical support services to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s (CFPB) Office of Human Capital (OHC). The CFPB serves as a single point of accountability for enforcing federal consumer financial laws and protecting consumers in the financial marketplace; OHC is responsible for human resources services, policies, and guidance for the Bureau. Together, they aim to arm the public with the information, steps, and tools that they need to make smart financial decisions. In addition, Heartland will provide OHC with learning program support via the CFPB learning management system (LMS) and ensure the continuity of services while minimizing disruption and delays.
John English, CEO of Heartland Consulting, said, “Heartland is excited to expand its federal sector footprint to a new agency within the Department of the Treasury. We look forward to assisting the CFPB in their mission to make consumer financial markets work for consumers, responsible providers, and the economy as a whole.”
Heartland Consulting is an SBA certified 8(a) and a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides management consulting, administrative support, and support services to the U.S. federal government, state and local governments, and commercial firms.
