Heartland Consulting has been awarded a prime contract on the General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business (SB) Pool 1 contract. OASIS SB is a unique Multiple Award (MA), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle. Since OASIS’ inception in 2014, the market has endorsed it as a core, best value professional services contract management program. Using OASIS, agencies have obligated more than $15 billion to spend with various federal agencies.

OASIS SB awardees are selected based on a technical evaluation of their capabilities, experience, and past performance, using a weighted, point scoring methodology. This approach identified Heartland as a top performing professional services firm in the federal market. Under the GSA OASIS SB Pool 1, Heartland will now compete to deliver complex professional services that integrate people, processes, and technologies; delivering measurable results and ensuring our customers succeed in implementing and sustaining innovative and transformational business and technology strategies.

Designated Best-In-Class (BIC), the OASIS contract is designed to address the need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services / products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level. The OASIS SB MA-IDIQ is utilized across all Federal agencies, including all organizations within the Department of Defense (DoD) and National Security Community.

John English, CEO of Heartland, commented on the award, “This award tells the terrific story of Heartland’s continued drive, determination, and commitment to providing unparalleled support to the federal government. The OASIS contract is awarded to the highest technically rated contractors through a rigorous on-ramping process, and we are humbled to be considered part of that category.”

Heartland Consulting is an SBA certified 8(a) and a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides management consulting, administrative support, and support services to the U.S. federal government, state and local governments, and commercial firms.
