Arlington, Va., Heartland Consulting has been awarded a $3.5 million contract by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) within the U.S. Department of the Treasury. The single award IDIQ contract provides laboratory support services that will include physical science technicians, chemists, and laboratory safety/quality assurance officers.
