Administration (WAPA) within the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). WAPA is the largest of the four power-marketing administrations (PMAs)—with service areas that encompass a 15-state region of the central and western United States. Heartland also supports the Office of Energy Efficiency & Renewables Energy (EERE) with Appliance and Regulatory Support services to include eDocket Records Management, Engineering, and Executive Administration support. Additionally, Heartland supports DOE’s Office of Technology Transitions (OTT) with data collection, management, analysis, evaluation and reporting activities.
