WASHINGTON D.C. – Heartland Consulting is pleased to announce it has been awarded its 20th contract in support of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), now providing Single Family Housing Nationwide Appraisal Services (SHNAS) to the USDA, Rural Development (RD), Procurement Management Office (PMO). Heartland will make use of our newly developed proprietary streamlined electronic appraisal tools to assist appraisers in delivering unbiased written appraisal reports with the primary purpose of assisting the USDA in making finance decisions regarding single-family properties for the Section 502 Direct Loan Program across the nation.
